This is an industry vide technique that enhances mass production at the site with a good aesthetic appearance. We have spray pumps with various ranges to meet the Manufacturer’s and Standard requirements. We specialize in Coating and Lining on all types of Steel surfaces like Tanks, Pipes, Structural, Vessels, Railings, Ladders, Pipe Fittings, and Concrete substrates.
Green Forest Company has qualified, experienced and professional team to perform “Passive Fireproofing” as per Saudi Aramco and other International Standards. We do Cellulosic Fireproofing and Hydrocarbon Fireproofing as required by the clients. Cellulosic Fireproofing is done to protect Steel Structures from Cellulosic Fire in Commercial Complexes.
Green Forest Company has a qualified, experienced, and professional team to perform Pipe Wrapping as per Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SWCC, SEC, Marafiq, Royal Commission, and other International Standards. Pipe Wrapping is done to provide Corrosion and Abrasion Resistance to Buried Pipelines. We utilize wrapping products from Internationally recognized manufacturers like “Stopaq”, and “Canusa” which comply with Saudi Aramco and Owners’ Specification.
Green Forest Company has a qualified, experienced, and professional team to perform “Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Repair” as per Saudi Aramco and other International Standards. We utilize products of International quality from manufacturers like 3M USA, Canusa Canada, etc. We perform FBE Repair on Pipes of any size.
Green Forest Company has a qualified, experienced, and professional team to perform “Epoxy Floor Coating” on Factory Floors and other Concrete Containment Surfaces in Industrial facilities as per clients’ requirements. We perform concrete coating in ROSTP facilities, SWRO Desalination plants, Seawater Intake areas, Dyke Walls, etc. We undertake Concrete Repair works to prepare sound surfaces for coating application.
Green Forest Company has a qualified, experienced, and professional team to perform “Fiber Glass Mat Lining” as per Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SWCC, SEC, Marafiq, and other International Standards. We do Glass Mat Lining on Steel and Concrete substrates. Glass Mat Lining is predominantly done for resistance to Acid attack. Sand layer’s team has performed Glass Mat Lining on Aramco and non-Aramco projects.
